I provide therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults, typically ranging from 12 years old through mid-30s. I understand that finding the right therapist matters, so I offer consultations to help determine whether we’re a good fit for your needs and goals.
-
I support clients navigating:
Anxiety
Depression
Trauma
Grief and loss
Life transitions
Self-esteem and confidence
If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for what you’re experiencing, a consultation can help clarify next steps.
-
My approach is skills-based and collaborative. I believe in hands-on learning and working together to build tools that can be used both in and outside of sessions. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they share their story, while also gaining practical skills to navigate challenges more effectively.

Yes—parent and caregiver involvement is included as needed, especially when working with adolescents. The level of involvement depends on the individual needs of the child.
When appropriate, I offer parent check-ins to help caregivers understand the skills being practiced in therapy and how to support their child at home. My goal is to promote consistency and collaboration while respecting the adolescent’s autonomy.
-
Yes. Therapy sessions with adolescents are confidential. I only share information with parents or caregivers with the client’s consent.
There are limits to confidentiality required by law. As a mandated reporter, I must take action if:
A client has an active plan to harm themselves or others
There is disclosure of verbal, emotional, physical, or sexual abuse
In these situations, information may be shared with appropriate parties to ensure safety.
-
I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions.
I prefer the initial intake session to be in person when possible, as it helps establish connection and comfort. However, virtual intake sessions are available if that is the best or only option.
