Ages 12–35
I provide individual therapy for adolescents and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Therapy is a space to slow down, feel supported, and learn tools that make everyday life feel more manageable.
My approach is collaborative, hands-on, and compassionate. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe while building practical skills to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

A trauma-informed approach that focuses on safety, grounding, and processing experiences without pressure or re-traumatization.Grief & Loss
Space to process loss, changes, and the many emotions that come with grief—without a timeline or expectations.Life Transitions
Support during big changes such as school stress, identity shifts, adulthood transitions, or changes in family or relationships. -
Sessions are designed to feel welcoming, calm, and natural. I use CBT and trauma-informed approaches, along with strength-based and motivational techniques. Therapy may include conversation, simple worksheets, or creative activities to help skills feel more practical and relatable—especially for teens and young adults.
Clients do not need to know what to say or have everything figured out. You can show up just as you are.
