Therapy for Neurodivergent Individuals and Caregivers in Fort Worth, Texas

Supporting teens, adults, and caregivers navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Who I Help

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure how to keep up with everything on your plate.

Whether you’re a neurodivergent individual trying to navigate daily life, a caregiver supporting a child with autism or ADHD, or someone struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or a major life transition—the emotional weight can feel constant and often unseen.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, process what you’re carrying, and feel understood without judgment.

You don’t have to figure this out on your own.

  • overwhelmed, overstimulated, or emotionally drained

  • stuck in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt

  • burned out from caregiving or constantly “pushing through”.

  • disconnected, unmotivated, or struggling with depression

  • impacted by past experiences or trauma

  • unsure how to navigate a life transition or major change

Together, we work to:

  • manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • process trauma and past experiences

  • navigate depression and emotional burnout

  • build coping skills that fit your real life

  • move through life transitions with greater clarity and confidence
